Jennie Wong, Ph.D.

Dr. Wong is an executive coach with 14 years of experience in leadership development and high performance coaching.  Her background includes working with executives in Sales, HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Operations in Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing small businesses.

Dr. Wong's corporate background includes experience serving as Vice President, Culture Management at Countrywide and Managing Consultant, Organization Development at AIG, along with time spent as a management consultant for Mercer and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  She has received numerous awards for performance and excellence in leadership, including Team of the Month, Team of the Year, and Platinum Producers Circle at Countrywide and special recognition for her work leading AIG's first-ever internal coaching initiative.

As an executive coach, Dr. Wong works with senior leaders, top performers, and high potentials.  She is often called upon to provide coaching for women and minority clients and is known as a "coach's coach."  She brings hands-on business experience as an entrepreneur, running a successful web development company with her husband, to her clients, along with a blend of academic rigor and deep subject matter expertise in executive development.

Qualifications

Dr. Wong holds a Ph.D. in organizational communication from the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California.  She has earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation.
